Garment Information

At Hirebyh, we take pride in offering a carefully curated collection of premium designer garments. Every piece is individually inspected, professionally cleaned and prepared before each rental to ensure it arrives in the highest possible condition.

As our collection consists of pre-loved rental garments, each item has been enjoyed by previous customers and may display minor signs of wear consistent with normal use. Small imperfections such as loose threads, light fabric wear or subtle signs of previous handling are considered normal and do not affect the overall appearance or quality of the garment. Any significant imperfections that may reasonably impact the presentation of a garment will be disclosed prior to your booking wherever practicable.

Each product listing includes detailed information to help you choose the right garment, including the designer, colour, size, fit notes, fabric details and any relevant styling recommendations. We strongly encourage all clients to carefully read the product description and review the measurements provided before placing a booking, as sizing can vary significantly between designers and individual styles.

While we are always happy to provide sizing guidance and styling advice, our recommendations are based on the information provided to us and cannot guarantee a perfect fit. The final responsibility for selecting the correct size rests with the Client.

All garments are supplied ready to wear and should not be altered, washed, dry cleaned, repaired or modified in any way during the rental period. If you notice any issue with your garment upon collection or delivery, you must notify Hirebyh within 8 hours and provide clear photographic evidence before wearing the garment.

To help preserve the quality of our collection for future customers, we ask that every garment is treated with care throughout the rental period. By placing a booking, you acknowledge that the garment remains the exclusive property of Hirebyh at all times and that you are responsible for its care until it has been safely returned and inspected.
