How to Book

Booking your dream outfit with Hired By H is quick and easy. Simply browse our collection, select your favourite garment and choose the dates you need it. Once you've found the perfect look, add it to your cart and complete checkout to secure your booking.

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during busy periods, as each garment can only be booked by one customer at a time.

If you're unsure about sizing, we encourage you to carefully review the sizing and garment information provided on each product page before placing your order. If you still need assistance, our team is always happy to help with sizing advice.

During checkout, you'll be able to choose between local collection or Australia-wide postage. Please ensure your shipping address, contact details and selected rental dates are correct before completing your booking, as these details are used to prepare and dispatch your order.

If you'd like extra peace of mind, you can also add our optional Damage Waiver during checkout.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and any collection or delivery information. If you've selected postage, you'll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
