Rental Dates & Booking Cut-Offs

At Hirebyh, each garment is reserved exclusively for your selected rental dates. Once a booking has been confirmed, those dates are no longer available for other customers. We encourage booking as early as possible, particularly during busy periods, as many of our most popular styles book out well in advance.

Your rental period begins on the collection or delivery date stated in your booking confirmation and ends on the scheduled return date. Please ensure you carefully select the correct rental dates before completing your booking, as your garment will be reserved specifically for that period.

To allow sufficient time for preparation, cleaning and dispatch, Hirebyh has booking cut-off times for all rentals. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off may not be available for your requested rental period.

For weekend rentals, all bookings must be placed by 12:00pm (midday) on the Wednesday prior to your event, unless otherwise approved by Hirebyh.

For weekday rentals, bookings should be placed at least 48 hours before the required delivery or collection date to allow adequate preparation and dispatch time.

If you require a last-minute booking, please contact Hirebyh before placing your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, last-minute bookings are subject to garment availability, preparation time and courier schedules and cannot be guaranteed.

If your event involves interstate travel, flights or accommodation, we strongly recommend booking an earlier rental period where possible to allow extra time for delivery and avoid unnecessary stress caused by courier delays.

Once a booking has been confirmed, any requests to change the rental dates are subject to garment availability and must be approved by Hirebyh. Date changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons when garments are fully booked.

By placing a booking, you acknowledge that your selected rental dates reserve the garment exclusively for you and agree to the booking cut-off times and rental period outlined above.
