Payment & Government Identification
Payment & Government Identification
At Hirebyh, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your selected rental dates. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Unpaid bookings may be released without notice and made available to other customers.
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, bank transfer and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, all payments made to Hirebyh are non-refundable. Please ensure you have selected the correct garment, size and rental dates before completing your purchase.
To help protect our designer collection and reduce fraudulent activity, Hirebyh reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification before releasing any garment. Accepted forms of identification include an Australian Driver Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card or another government-issued photo ID.
The name on the identification provided must match the name used for the booking and payment details. Where requested, identification must be supplied before collection or dispatch of your order.
Failure to provide valid identification, providing false or misleading information, or using another person's identity or payment method without authorisation may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. Where fraudulent activity is suspected, Hirebyh reserves the right to refuse future bookings, retain relevant records where permitted by law and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
All personal information and identification provided to Hirebyh is handled securely and used solely for the purposes of verifying identity, preventing fraud, processing bookings and complying with applicable legal obligations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and all applicable Australian privacy legislation.
