Recommended Fit: Dress is true to size and offers slight stretch. Size S & M have been professionally hemmed by 2 inches to make it into more of a mini dress. Size S suitable for girls UNDER 168cm. Size M suitable for girls UNDER 171cm. Size XL not hemmed and suitable for girls under 174cm. Size up to a M if you are usually a S but taller. XL will fit larger 12s and smaller 16s.

Collection days and times are strictly Thursday 4pm - 7pm, Friday 9am - 5pm & Saturday 9am - 11am. Weekend hires are due back no later than 12noon Monday. If you have booked a weekday or extended 8 day hire, we will be in touch to organise a time to collect on your hire start date.

Accidental Damage Protection

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Accidental Damage Protection covers minor, accidental damage and repairs up to $150. If the garment is severely damaged, ruined, or requires replacement, the customer will be liable for the full RRP/replacement cost of the garment. Damage Protection does not cover intentional damage, stains, misuse, or negligence. Please refer to our terms & conditions.
CARE & MAINTENANCE

All garments must be returned in the same condition as received. Clients acknowledge that all garments are pre-worn and may show minor signs of general wear and tear.
Where a garment is returned with minor damage (including but not limited to loose stitching, zip repairs, or button repairs), the Client will be charged the full repair cost as determined by Hired by H.
If a garment is deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of Hired by H, the Client must pay the full replacement cost within 21 days.

Major damage includes (but is not limited to):

  • Irreparable fabric tears, holes, or damage 
  • Permanent stains after professional cleaning
  • Burns from hair tools
  • Fake tan, makeup, or chemical staining
  • Damage affecting the presentation standard of the garment

Damage is assessed based on fabric type, location, and suitability for future hires.

Please only use clutch glue on your garments. Lash glue, fashion tape and other adhesives can permanently damage certain fabrics. Please contact us prior to use.

Delivery

We recommend selecting a start date 1 day before your event, this will ensure your outfit arrives on or before this date.

Our shipping fee is calculated at checkout. This fee includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us (in the pre-paid satchel).

Returns

All postage orders include a return postage satchel. Simply place your dress back in the return satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) by 2pm Monday if weekend hire, or the next business day if weekday. We take care of cleaning.
